  • 2 steaks (preferably sirloin cuts)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Butter, as needed
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Season the sirloin steak cuts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a hot skillet, melt butter and sauté the minced garlic.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook to your desired level of doneness , typically 4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet.
  5. In the same skillet, add more butter and sauté the broccoli florets for few minutes, they should be tender crisp.
  6. Enjoy!
