This delicious green blend combines the vibrant green goodness of spinach and creamy avocado texture with Greek yogurt and protein powder for extra protein. The addition of chia seeds provides healthy fats and additional protein to improve muscle repair and help you recover faster.

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of protein powder, you ca use plant-based or whey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more coconut water if the smoothie is too thick.
