Cheesy Bread Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Divide the pizza dough into small portions, and roll them into small balls.
3. Combine the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Flatten each dough portion and place a generous pinch of the cheese in the center.
5. Gather the edges of the dough and seal it to form a bread roll. Transfer to the baking sheet, seam side down.
6. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and dried oregano.
7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns , and bake for 15-20 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley; and serve with your favorite dip sauce.
