This Tuna Salad Wrap is not only delicious, but also packed with protein and healthy fats. It makes a great meal for those who are trying to eat clean and stay energized throughout the day.

Makes 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can of tuna in water, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickles or relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 whole-grain wrap
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumber

Steps

  1. Combine the drained tuna, greek yogurt,chopped tomatoes, and cucumber, chopped red onion, and pickles.
  2. Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
  3. Lay out the whole-grain tortilla on a clean surface.
  4. Place the tuna salad mixture over the tortilla, spreading it over the veggies.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up to create your tuna salad wrap.
  6. Serve your wrap with lettuce leaves!
